It is more than a New Year’s resolution. It is the instant you wake up and become aware that something is about to change. Altering one’s life is never easy, and it never happens overnight, but change can come with practice. But I am ready to give it a try. I am ready for a radical change in lifestyle. This is my introduction.
My name is Jeff Bender, and I am the new West-Plex Outreach Coordinator for 3 Degrees and AmerenUE Pure Power. I am here to share my journey and to convince a few of you that change can be as simple as believing in a system that works and benefits us all. It is important to me that I work hard to improve my quality of life. I have started to eat better, exercise a “little” and pay more attention to what I do and what is around me. This is more than changing a light bulb (though changing your light bulbs is a great place to start)–this is about finding a way to be “inconvenienced” for the greater good.
I hope that you follow me and everyone else involved in the Pure Power program on this incredible expedition. We must remember that one person’s voice can change so many minds. With the wind at our backs, we will all succeed. Talk to you soon.
Always changing,
Jeff b.

It is always refreshing to see people take the pledge to make a difference for the greater good. If everyone just took a small step into making a change for the future protection of our earth and her natural resources we would be so much better off!! We are all in this together and if we started thinking as a whole instead of individually we can make a difference and change the world!! Can’t wait to see your ideas for all of us to follow – Great job….

Jeff, I can’t wait to see where this leads. As you know, our family has an active interest and participation in these lifestyle applications. It will be exciting to follow your journey. We are always ready to learn more and will support you all the way. Much love and admiration.
